职务:药用植物繁育与栽培国家地方联合工程研究中心、药用植物湖北省工程研究中心主任

主要研究方向:药用植物与药用真菌活性物质筛选、分离与应用;药用植物活性成分代谢与合成;植物次生代谢物酶工程;国际传统药物合作等。

教育背景

  • 1997年毕业于华中农业大学,获植物保护学士学位。

  • 1999年考入浙江大学攻读硕士学位,2001年被批准硕博连读,2004年毕业于浙江大学,获植物病理学博士学位。

    工作经历

    09/2012-现在,华中农业大学植物科技学院教授

  • 高效抗炎、抗癌化合物筛选平台 我国传统中医中药为抗癌、抗炎积累了丰富的素材,但多数药物仍然有待揭示作用机理与深度开发。拟依托现代生物技术,结合现代医学,建立高效药物筛选平台进行活性物质作用机理研究。目前在研候选分子有抗炎症、糖尿病、肥胖病等候选药物分子。(重点)

  • 药用植物次生物质的高效转化 中药活性物质具有巨大应用潜力,通过酶与化学转化,可能获得成药性更佳的分子。目前以中药雷公藤为主要研究对象。(重点)

  • 药用真菌高效发酵与利用 重点针对灵芝、茯苓、牛樟芝等药食两用真菌,建立高效发酵技术,向产业化方向努力。(重点)

  • 药用植物种质资源与药物代谢与合成 结合基因组学、转录组学等高通量生物信息知识,研究药用植物种质资源的分布规律,研究活性物质代谢生化与分子基础,并通过代谢工程在模式生物中进行生物合成。目前以茯苓基因组等为主要研究对象。(感兴趣)

  • 药用植物生理与病理 探寻半夏、贝母夏眠机制。中药材病害。(感兴趣)

  • 传统药物国际合作 以“一带一路”为契机,尽可能多地与各国同行建立紧密合作关系。目前联系国家和地区近50个,专家60余人(重点)

  • 蛋白质与代谢工程 以植物肉为主的蛋白质工程。(业余级爱好)
